PAYMENT

Every Country / Team will pay at the time of check–in, to the Organisers – 3 nights in hotel, including meals and drinks, fighter participation fee, sayonara party and transfers = 200 Euros per person. (additional fees for longer stays).

The Final date of registrations for competitors, coaches and referees is the 11th of April 2016.  No entries will be accepted after this date.

It is the Competitors responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary personal insurance, for any accident that may occur at the competition.

At the weigh–in you must come prepared with the following documents:

• Parents’ permission (Authorisation) (only for competitors under 18 years old).

• Responsibility letter (you will have to sign and complete the document at the weigh-in).

• ID or Passport (to check the nationality and age).

• Doctor’s certificate (only for kumite competitors).

Note: All country groups can join this championship with a referee or judge who has international experience.  One referee’s hotel cost will be paid by the organisation.
